Tasks & responsibilities

In your new role, you will support the execution of strategic and operational matters of the unit Leadership Team, to drive related operations and business outcomes.

As the anchor of cross-functional strategic R&D initiatives, you will guide project steering together with initiative owners and support scientific delivery

Coordinate project portfolio management by implementing frameworks and concepts for planning & reporting

Support strategic steering of our scientific investments, including tracking of high-priority strategic goals.

Connect high-level scientific and business content and strategic directions to enable decision-making and present findings to senior leadership and stakeholders

Interact with all groups to identify, prioritize, and address needs related to execution of strategy and operations

Requirements

PhD in a relevant biomedical field

Experience post PhD in a scientific environment, ideally related to pharma R&D

Experience in drug development and pharmaceutical R&D business processes is advantageous

Proven track record of project management, organizational skills, problem-solving

Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex concepts

Experience in computer sciences or data driven science is a plus
