Job Title: Instructional Systems Designer / Documentation Specialist

Duration: 05 years (Tentative)

Location: Remote (On-site as needed by the Client with 72 hour notice)

Job Summary:

The Client is seeking proposals from prospective Offerors to provide one (1) Instructional Systems Designer/Documentation Specialist.

The Instructional Systems Designer/Documentation Specialist will design, develop, and enhance online coursework and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

Designing and developing new self-paced online lessons and videos.

Revising existing interactive self-paced online lessons and videos.

Utilizing Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, and/or Camtasia for training development, including multimedia components.

Assisting with creating, editing, and disseminating instructional technical documentation and training resources (Quick Reference Cards, Quick Reference Guides, Instructional Manuals, Instructional Videos).

Attending meetings as necessary. Required Skills:

Experience using Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).

Knowledge of adult learning theory and principles and best practices for self-paced online eLearning delivery. Ability to:

Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders within the Judiciary.

Meet deadlines and manage deliverables on multiple projects simultaneously.

Communicate effectively and accept constructive feedback.Five (5) years of experience:

Designing self-paced online content for adult learners.

Creating multimedia and SCORM-compliant learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise.

Two (2) years of experience conducting quality assurance reviews for accuracy, design functionality, and compliance of eLearning content. Experience with:

Vyond or similar platform for creating video components.

Learning management systems and content integration. Required Experience:

Minimum five (5) years total experience designing and developing eLearning content for adult learners.

Two (2) years QA review experience for eLearning accuracy and compliance.

Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
