**Job Title:** Operator I - 3rd Shift (11:00 PM-7:30 AM) **Location:** Sterling, VA **Pay Rate:** $15.00 per hour **Summary** We're hiring for 3rd Shift Operators in Sterling, VA!

This is a great opportunity for commuters or locals looking to join a fast-paced production environment.

Operators will follow recipes and procedures to prepare food products using the sous vide cooking method.

**Responsibilities** + Follow all written and verbal instructions in sequence.

+ Measure and weigh ingredients accurately and record data.

+ Inspect raw materials, prepared food, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Report equipment or quality issues to a supervisor immediately.

+ Operate food production and packaging equipment safely.

+ Prepare workstations based on the daily schedule and assigned recipes.

+ Store and label finished goods according to company standards.

+ Follow all GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications** + Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions in English (Spanish a plus). + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). + Must be able to work in refrigerated or freezer environments (temperatures from -10 F to 60 F). + Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.

+ Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred, but not required.

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

**Physical Requirements** + Frequent bending, stooping, and standing.

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs.

+ Work in varying temperature environments (coolers, freezers, production areas). **Work Environment** + Fast-paced production environment.

+ Exposure to kitchen and packaging equipment.

+ Must follow all safety and hygiene standards.
