They have several high-profile projects coming in and they need people with strong leadership skills to come in and run them. Job Description

All OSHA, EPA, and ODH policies, procedures, and regulations must be followed to maintain a safe work environment.
Attend, participate in, and lead company meetings, subcontractor meetings, and Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) meetings.
Lead and manage the on-site construction team, including scheduling work shifts, monitoring project progress, and allocating resources.
Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with project specifications.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Review project schedules and ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project expenses.
Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliers.
Work closely with clients, project managers, and other construction professionals to determine budgets and timelines.
Implement management techniques that are both cost-effective and efficient.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Architecture or equivalent
5+ years project management experience
OSHA 30
previous Multifamily projects is preferred
Podium deck, Post Tension, or Structural Concrete experience is a plus
Project experience on large projects ($50M+)
True leadership experience managing teams, client management, goal setting and achieving.
Someone who is internally motivated to grow a company and lead.
Familiarity with Procore
Scheduling and planning
What's on Offer
A competitive base salary between $120,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience)
Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based. Typically between $10,000-$15,000 in the first year)
