**Job Title:** Operator I - 2nd Shift (3:30 PM-12:30 AM) **Location:** Sterling, VA **Pay Rate:** $14.50 per hour **Summary** Adecco is hiring **2nd Shift Operators** in Sterling, VA!

This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow in a fast-paced production environment.

Operators will follow recipes and standardized procedures to prepare food products using the sous vide cooking method.

**Responsibilities** + Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

+ Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes.

+ Inspect raw materials, prepared food, and finished products to ensure quality standards.

+ Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

+ Operate production and packaging equipment safely.

+ Maintain workstations based on daily production schedules.

+ Label, store, and handle finished goods properly.

+ Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation requirements.

+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications** + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus). + Basic math skills for weights, measures, and recording data.

+ Must be comfortable working in cold environments (40 F-60 F and freezers down to -10 F). + Able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.

+ Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

**Physical Requirements** + Frequent standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 lbs.

+ Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments.

+ Must be able to work efficiently in a team setting and meet production goals.

**Work Environment** + Fast-paced, deadline-driven warehouse/production floor.

+ Exposure to kitchen and packaging equipment.

+ Must follow all safety, sanitation, and uniform policies.
