Qualifications and Responsibilities of Excellence Hub Director

Ability to develop, update, and enforce policies and procedures to support legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance.

Methodical approach to development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance, service delivery, and quality benchmarking.

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Business Administration, or related field required.

Strong knowledge of CARF standards, HIPAA, Medicaid, Medicare, and state regulatory requirements.

Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services.

Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field preferred.

Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent credential preferred.
