Be the technician who prevents downtime, solves complex problems, and maintains a safe workplace. Key impact areas

Maintain facilities and equipment to ensure reliable, safe operation.

Service and repair mechanical/electrical systems on: mechanical and hydraulic forging presses (to 2500T), combustion furnaces, CNC saws, shot blast equipment, and related auxiliaries.

Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance aligned to documented procedures.

Record PM activities, repairs, parts consumption, and project notes with precision.

Communicate and log daily breakdowns and planned repairs for seamless handoffs.

Diagnose and correct faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Troubleshoot servo and drive-based electrical systems.

Enter accurate, timely updates into the maintenance system.

Support additional duties as assigned. What you bring

2–3 years in machine repair/troubleshooting environments.

Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.

Fundamental skills in mechanics, welding, and cutting.

Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints/schematics.

Strong problem-solving mindset; basic computer literacy.

Experience using meters and performing accurate measurements.

Demonstrated adherence to LOTO and safe work practices. Rewards and support

Location: On-site at our Columbus facility.

Physical demands: Ability to lift automotive components up to 15 pounds.

Shifts: Third Shift S–Th 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM; Weekend Shift B F–S 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Some overtime or weekends may be necessary.
