Hiring Laborer Technicians to Join Our Team in Golden, CO - 40+ Hrs/Week

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Laborer to support operations in a fast-paced production facility focused on testing and development for mining processes. Handle and weigh canisters of process products, ensuring accurate data recording.
Load samples into machinery and monitor operations for quality and consistency.
Prepare and manage subsequent samples for testing.
Follow detailed instructions to maintain precision in testing procedures.
Adapt to changing daily tasks based on production needs.What You Bring
Experience in labor-intensive or industrial roles.
Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly.
Strong attention to detail and familiarity with production environments.
Comfort using mechanical and hand tools.
Basic data entry skills.

Standard Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Pilot Plant Shifts: 12-hour shifts (5:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM) on a rotating 7 days on / 7 days off schedule.
Setting: Industrial laboratory with a focus on production and testing.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
