Part Time Customer Service and Clerical

Job Description

The Baldwin Brass Center in West Reading is looking to hire a part time Data Entry and Clerical specialist

Position Details

- Monday through Friday - 4-5 hours per day

- Some Saturday hours possible

- Hours can be flexible, but 5 days per week are required

- Check and process incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy

- File and organize high volume of order acknowledgements

- Send order updates and tracking information to customers via email

- Maintain and update Showroom

- Filing and data entry

- Assist Customers in showroom when needed

- Heavy volume of paperwork and emails

- Light stock and inventory duties

- Assist customers via phone and email

- Become familiar with multiple product lines

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat

- Hourly pay determined by experience

All candidates should have a strong attention to detail and desire to work in team oriented, high volume sales environment.

Strong computer and communication skills are needed.
