Position: Farm Fence Builder – No Experience Needed

Pay: $20/hr. + bonuses Temp-to-Hire

Location: Mill City, Oregon

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to join a small team building top-quality, simple, and classic designed fences.

No fence experience? Perfect. We will train you from scratch — we want a reliable person, a clean driving record, and a strong work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

Meet each morning for directions

Load up materials into a company truck & trailer

Drive to local job sites

Build fences, work with your hands, and enjoy the fresh air

Get back home at a reasonable hour

Work Conditions:

Outdoor job

Can involve early starts and long days

May require travel to multiple job sites
