Cleaning Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Cleaning Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment at apartment communities in Miamisburg, Centerville, West Carrolton, Franklin, and Xenia.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform cleaning duties such as vacuuming floors, wiping down laundry equipment, cleaning doors, taking out trash, other duties as required.

Deep clean turned apartments to move in ready specifications

Organize custodial closets and spaces

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail
