Job Responsibilities:

Work to schedule service jobs for technicians

Answer incoming calls and emails to the branch

Handle shipping and receiving tasks

Support outside sales and assist with any leads on perspective customers

Keep accurate inventory counts

Job Requirements

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Must be a self-starter

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges

Ability to work independently majority of the time to start out in this role is crucial

Strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Prior experience with ERP systems a plus

High School Diploma or GED
