Location: West Texas (Kermit, TX)
Schedule: On-site Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM
Compensation: $120,000 – $135,000 + housing and relocation assistance

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead industrial electrical operations for a large-scale energy infrastructure project. This role oversees field electricians, ensures compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards, and collaborates with engineering teams to design, install, and maintain complex electrical systems supporting a 42-mile conveyor operation.
You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and project execution while driving operational excellence, safety, and team performance.Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of field electricians in daily maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering firms to design and implement new electrical equipment and systems.
Review and update schematics, one-lines, and electrical layouts.
Manage project budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and vendor relationships.
Approve timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and MSHA standards across all operations.
Participate in audits, training programs, and certification renewals.Qualifications
Journeyman Electrical License required (Master preferred).
OSHA 30 certification required.
Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience (plant or manufacturing preferred).
Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience in industrial electrical settings.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
Mechanical experience a plus.Compensation & Benefits
