We’re currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you’ll provide thoughtful, evidence-based care to individuals navigating a variety of mental health challenges.

Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations to understand each client’s unique story and needs.

Deliver high-quality therapy services that reflect the best mental health care available in our region.
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure clients are progressing and receiving the care they deserve.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and holistic support.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
A current LMHC license in Washington State.
1–3 years of experience providing mental health counseling.
A passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
$72,480 - $90,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
Client-Centered Care: Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Measurement-based care: Use systematic and routine client assessment to provide evidence-based practice.
Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and continuous professional growth.
Documentation: Comply with all documentation, billing, and scheduling protocols.
Professional Development: Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives as required.
Client Support: Foster a welcoming, supportive, and culturally competent environment for clients.Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health therapist
Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support)
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree
State licensure that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) or equivalent
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed
Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
Licensure: Valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health setting.
Skills: Strong client advocacy, evidence-based practice proficiency, and commitment to ethical care.
Cultural Competence: Ability and willingness to work with a diverse population.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialized Certifications: CBT, EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, or similar.
BLS Certification.
Ability to work in a supervisory capacity.About Company
