Electrical Manager
Location: West Texas (Kermit, TX)
Schedule: On-site Monday–Friday
Compensation: $145,000 – $160,000 + housing & relocation assistance

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee electrical systems, maintenance, and project execution for a large-scale industrial operation. This role leads a team of electricians, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.
You’ll collaborate with plant leadership, engineering, and maintenance teams to plan and manage electrical projects, improve reliability programs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor an electrical team of ~20 employees.
Manage spare parts inventory, equipment reliability, and preventive maintenance systems.
Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, repairs, and system improvements.
Plan and execute electrical projects from design through completion.
Review electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and company safety standards.
Support major equipment repairs and replacements onsite and remotely.Qualifications
10+ years of electrical experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Journeyman Electrical License required.
Strong industrial background with hands-on mechanical and electrical experience.
Proficient with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems.
Experience in mining or oilfield operations preferred.
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Compensation & Benefits
