LMA has entered into an arrangement with BAE, Saab and CoA (MIWS) for the execution of all Combat System Integration work related to the Aegis Surface Combatant fleet. The agreement, called the Combat Systems Integration – Integrated Project Team (CSI-IPT) Collaboration Agreement or CCA forms a collaborative enterprise organisation to execute scopes of work across Hobart Class Destroyer (SEA4000 Phase 6 and other related Destroyer Capability Enhancement (DCE) upgrades) and the Hunter Class Frigates (HCFs - SEA5000 Phase 1).

The CSI-IPT will be built up with personnel from LMA, BAE, Saab and the CoA to form a collaborative team working across multiple programs to leverage synergies between platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

The Tools Support Analyst primarily responsibilities include:

This role ensures secure, reliable, and effective use of collaboration platforms, while engaging with business stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance productivity. Over time, the role will expand to include emerging platforms such as Azure services and JIRA Cloud.

Manage permissions, roles, groups, and workflows in line with governance frameworks.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate to vendors when required.

Apply and monitor governance, information architecture, and platform security.

Collaboration Platforms is responsible for the administration, optimisation, and support of the organisation’s collaboration environments, including SharePoint Online, Atlassian (JIRA and Confluence), and Microsoft 365.

About you:

To be successful in this role you will have:

Hands-on experience administering SharePoint Online, JIRA, and Confluence.

Strong knowledge of workflows, permissions, automation, and integrations.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Power Automate, OneDrive).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage business stakeholders.

Relevant certifications e.g a tertiary qualification and/or relevant certifications e.g. Microsoft 365 Administrator.
