Staffing Alternatives is excited to announce two openings for Client Services Associates (Bilingual English-Spanish) at our Whitehall, OH location. Were looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow and build a long-term career.

As a Client Services Associate, youll play a key role in our hiring process, including:

Screening applicants

Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications

Reviews job descriptions/job orders with client and match individuals correctly to the client.

Take accurate job orders from clients.

Fill all open orders from clients.

Answering phone calls and emails.

Specific Abilities:

Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish

Previous staffing experience a plus

Customer service experience necessary

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Computer skills (MS Word and MS Outlook)

Reliable transportation

Ability to check in employees
