Job Description
We are looking for individuals with dealership parts department experience, but we will consider applicants with other parts experience and a willingness to learn the dealership world.
Position Responsibilites (Not an exhaustive list)
Assist all customers (external and internal) by selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
Inform customers of additional parts required for needed repairs
Answer incoming phone calls and counter inquiries in a polite and professional manner, providing price quotes and other information as needed
Notify all involved parties when special ordered parts have been received
Pull orders and ensure sure all parts are tagged with customer names and quote number
Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
Follow up on back-ordered parts and replenishes assigned inventory daily
Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Maintain a prompt and efficient flow of paperwork
Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong computer & phone skills is required
Experience using CDK is a plus!
Bi-lingual is a plus!
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background and drug test)
