Qualifications & Experience
Education
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (essential).
Professional qualification such as CA(SA), CIMA, ACCA, or SAIPA (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 57 years financial management experience, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or timeshare.
Strong understanding of timeshare/ownership models, levy billing, and revenue management.
Experience with audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Background in debt collection/credit control advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of timeshare regulations, hospitality law, and consumer protection requirements.
High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
