General Labor - 1st Shift

We are seeking candidates for General Laborer roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these contract opportunities is $19.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience. Interested? What you will do as a General Laborer:

Assemble and test manufactured door frames and related components

Read and follow instructions in English, including measurements and assembly guidelines

Utilize tools such as tape measures, drills, mallets, and basic hand tools

Crosstrain in multiple areas including building, packaging, and assembly

Lift, move, and position materials weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly

Collaborate with team members and assist peers as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards

Perform overtime work as required to meet production deadlinesWhat you need to be a General Laborer:

Ability to read measurements on a tape measure accurately

Strong understanding of written and verbal directions in English

Willingness to work overtime when necessary

Experience with basic hand tools (drill, mallet, etc.) or a willingness to learn
