Job Description

We are seeking a Caregiver to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of elderly or disabled individuals.

Responsibilities:

Toileting assistance: Providing support with bathroom needs.

Meal preparation and feeding: Preparing and assisting with meals, ensuring proper nutrition.

Mobility assistance: Helping individuals move around, including transfers and using assistive devices.

Medication management: Administering prescribed medications and monitoring for side effects.

Light housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

Laundry: Washing and folding clothes.

Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming: Helping individuals with hygiene and personal care routines.

Providing emotional support and encouragement:Being a supportive presence and fostering a positive environment.

Engaging in activities and hobbies: Participating in activities that the individual enjoys and encouraging socialization.

Transportation: Taking individuals to appointments, errands, and social events.

Communication: Communicating with medical professionals and family members about the individual's care.

Monitoring health conditions: Observing and reporting changes in the individual's condition.

Maintaining records: Keeping track of care provided and any relevant information.

Ensuring a safe environment: Identifying and addressing potential hazards in the home or care setting.

Following care plans: Adhering to the specific instructions and guidelines outlined in the individual's care plan.

Qualifications:

Previous 1 year experience in personal care or other related fields

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Ability to build rapport with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
