Job Description

Staff Up is seeking a dependable and motivated Route Merchandiser for a weekend-only role in Grove City, OH 43123.

The ideal candidate will support retail locations by ensuring our beverage products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and rotated for maximum freshness and visibility.

Location: Grove City, OH 43123

Pay: $20–$22/hr + $0.70/mile mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays ONLY 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Stock and merchandise beverage products in coolers, displays, and shelves

Build eye-catching retail displays and hang promotional signage

Rotate products to ensure freshness and maintain inventory organization

Engage with store staff and customers in a professional manner

Use personal vehicle to travel between store locations as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance required

Must pass a background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening

Available to work Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs

Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking, sitting, and use of hands/arms

Occasional standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Regular lifting and movement of products up to 25 lbs
