Fire Sprinkler Service/Inspections Technician

We are currently seeking full time fire sprinkler technicians with a current Massachusetts journeyman sprinkler license to test, repair and service fire sprinkler systems, hydrants and fire pumps.

You will be based out of your home location and are not required to drive to our office location daily.
We do NOT do full installations - only service and inspections. Service and inspections only is the coveted position of sprinkler techs.
Our service area is Eastern Mass. only. No long trips out of state after hours.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair fire sprinkler systems and related equipment in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and manufacturer specifications.
Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot and diagnose fire sprinkler systems and related equipment and provide necessary repairs and upgrades.
Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in fire sprinkler technology and industry standards.
Requirements:
A current Journeyman Sprinkler fitter license in the state of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Participate in the on call rotation
