The Role
You will be responsible for :
Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of key clients
Understand client business needs and objectives, and develop tailored technology solutions to help them achieve their goals
Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of services
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, technical, and delivery, to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop and execute account management strategies to expand the footprint within existing clients
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's overall sales and growth objectives
Ideal Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management or client-facing role, preferably in the technology industry/system integration
Strong knowledge about cybersecurity & cloud solutions or services to clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Track record of successfully managing and growing key client accounts
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
