Construction Site Supervisor / Punch List

Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor with 5+ years of residential construction experience. Someone who is motivated to do quality work and further their career in construction.

Full-Time Position

Compensation: $25-$30 hr. Based on Experience

After 90 Days, you receive

Paid Time Off

Essential Duties:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Must have experience towing a trailer

Evaluating job sites and working in conjunction with the Project Manager to monitor quality control

Punch List Work- Basic Finish Carpentry, drywall, painting, and other construction tasks

Ensure the job sites and surrounding areas are kept clear of construction debris, and common areas are clean

Work as a team with other laborers, foremen, project managers, & subcontractors

Perform the duties above efficiently and effectively

Perform other labor-oriented tasks not otherwise stated above

Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

Able to stand and walk for long periods of time

Possess the strength and mobility to work in a typical construction setting

Strength to lift and maneuver materials and equipment as needed

Able to read printed materials

Able to verbally communicate in person or over the telephone

Skills, Abilities, and Education:

Good listening skills with the ability to communicate and follow oral instructions & read written instructions

Basic construction and safety knowledge

Must Have a High School Diploma

MUST have 5+ years of construction experience
