The challengeThe Outbound Specialist is responsible for overseeing order fulfillment processes, from picking to packing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with quality standards. The role includes supervising team activities, coordinating the work efforts, monitoring daily operations, managing non-conformities, and contributing to process improvements.

What you will do

Objectives and responsibilities:

Plan and assign picking activities based on order priorities and daily workload.

Supervise the correct picking, consolidation, and packing of spare parts.

Ensure proper packaging and labeling according to product type and shipping requirements.

Coordinate with carriers and the Order Management team to ensure on-time shipments.

Oversee shipping document preparation and the closing of shipping batches.

Report and manage issues such as damaged, incorrect, or missing parts.

Monitor warehouse KPIs and suggest improvements to optimize operations.

What you need to succeed

Required skills and qualifications

Extended experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a structured logistics environment.

Familiarity with automated warehouse systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP).

Deep knowledge of WMS systems (Easymag Preferred)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate teams and manage priorities under pressure.

Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
