Position Summary

The position is responsible for the following objectives:

Drive market intelligence and opportunity identification by analyzing competitive data, industry trends, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and growth opportunities.

Translate complex data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, visualization, and reporting tools that support forecasting, performance tracking, and strategic planning.

Lead strategic planning and business development initiatives to support enterprise growth, transformation, and innovation across inpatient, ambulatory, and post-acute care settings.

Manage cross-functional enterprise projects by setting timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful implementation of strategic priorities.

Support executive leadership through high-level presentations, briefings, and strategic counsel that influence organizational direction and decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business management, health administration, marketing, public administration or equivalent course of study.

Four years of experience in strategy, business planning, business development, general management or operations

Firm understanding of the healthcare industry, with a focus on academic healthcare

Ability to conduct secondary research through the web and/or utilizing other resources.

Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Robust analytical skills with a strong knowledge of data visualization
