Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and bring your sheet metal fabricating skills to the next level? Prime Heating & Cooling is seeking a dynamic and talented Sheet Metal Fabricator - Ductwork Installer to join our energetic team!

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Successful completion of an apprenticeship or a three-year, in-company training program

Valid driver's license and a good driving record

Ability to complete sheet metal projects with accuracy and precision

Ability to safely use machinery and tools involved in sheet metal work

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Great communication skills

Certification is preferred

This position will typically work from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A SHEET METAL FABRICATOR - DUCTWORK INSTALLER

With your leadership and expertise, you will ensure that each project is executed flawlessly and meets our high standards of quality and safety. In your role, you will be the master of sheet metal manipulation, carefully selecting the right materials and transforming them into perfectly sized and shaped pieces. Whether it's cutting, bending, or shaping, you will showcase your craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. Working from specifications, blueprints, or directions, you will use your problem-solving abilities to measure, cut, and weld pieces together, ensuring a seamless final product. Connecting pieces and securing seams will become second nature to you, whether it's through riveting, rolling, soldering, or using steel screws. To complete your tasks efficiently, you'll be utilizing state-of-the-art machinery and software applications. As an organized and meticulous professional, you'll develop and maintain records for all projects and repairs, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
