Location: Columbus, OhioJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $55 - 65 per hourWe are seeking a versatile Service Designer & UX Lead to join the newly formed DCE Finance team!

This role demands a powerful combination of strategic thinking and precise execution, requiring you to take ownership of all stages of UX design.

You will be expected to collaborate effectively with other designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to develop innovative, user-friendly products and provide solutions for critical areas within complex user flows.As a Service Designer, your work will be vital in transforming how the CCB (Customer & Community Banking) Finance organization leverages data.

You will directly enable smarter decisions on crucial topics like headcount, expenses, forecasting, planning, and month-end reporting.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in user-centered design, excellent visual design skills, and proven expertise in designing for web and digital experiences.

Hands-on comfort with HTML and CSS is highly valued.
