Eager Enrichment is the largest after-school education company serving Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. For over 18 years, we’ve inspired students through hands-on classes in Art, Sewing, Engineering, and Adult Glass Painting.

As we enter an exciting new growth phase—franchising our successful model—we’re seeking a Franchise Operations Manager in Columbus to help lead this next stage of expansion.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support certified instructors across multiple locations.

Drive operational and enrollment growth to meet performance targets.

Recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver quality programming.

Step in as a substitute instructor when needed to ensure continuity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and community partners.

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Adapt to evolving business needs and manage scheduling flexibility.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.

Proven success in operations, management, or program leadership.

Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience leading and motivating teams in a fast-paced setting.

A proactive mindset and ownership mentality.
