Job Description:

Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos

Objetivo del puesto:

Planificar, controlar y promover acciones preventivas y correctivas para evitar accidentes y enfermedades laborales, velando por la seguridad, salud y calidad de vida de los trabajadores, así como por el mantenimiento seguro de infraestructuras y equipos.

Principales responsabilidades:

Supervisar seguridad en obra.

Implementar sistemas de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional.

Controlar riesgos y cumplir protocolos MINSAL.

Analizar datos estadísticos de seguridad.

Funciones clave:

Fiscalizar el cumplimiento del programa de prevención.

Capacitar y realizar inducciones en seguridad.

Asesorar a Comités Paritarios y organismos fiscalizadores.

Investigar incidentes y proponer medidas correctivas.

Preparar informes e implementar estándares de Ferrovial.

Formación requerida:

Título técnico o profesional en Prevención de Riesgos, Ingeniería Industrial, Civil o afines.

Conocimientos y certificaciones:

Manejo de software de gestión (ISOTools, Synergi Life) y ofimática.

Certificaciones en prevención, primeros auxilios, sustancias peligrosas y normas ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001.

Competencias técnicas:

Conocimiento de normativas legales e internacionales de seguridad.

Análisis de riesgos, diseño de planes de emergencia y gestión de programas SSO.

Registro profesional ante SEREMI de Salud.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 3 años en construcción, con funciones similares, incluyendo evaluación de accidentes, enfermedades profesionales y capacitación en seguridad laboral.
