Description:

Akkodis is seeking an ODM Developer for a contract with a client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will design and implement business rules, integrate decision services with enterprise systems, and ensure performance and compliance across deployments.

Rate Range: $50/hour to 53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ODM Developer job responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain business rules using IBM ODM, including decision tables, rule flows, and rule artifacts.

Translate complex business requirements into executable rule sets and decision services.

Configure and manage the ODM environment, including Rule Execution Server and Decision Center.

Integrate ODM solutions with enterprise systems using Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs, and databases like DB2 or Oracle.

Test, debug, and optimize rule execution to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.

Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective decision logic in Agile environments. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in IBM ODM.

Deep understanding of IBM ODM components (Rule Designer, Decision Center, Decision Server) and experience deploying on WebSphere Application Server.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
