Job Opening: Mid Level Logistics Analyst

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $55 - $65/hr

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Transportation Oversight (60%)

Supervise daily outbound transportation activities on-site at the Groveport, OH 3PL facility.

Report to the Sr. Manager, US/CA Outbound Transportation (remote) while collaborating with the broader transportation team.

Partner with the 3PL’s routing lead to ensure accurate and timely prepaid freight routing.

Troubleshoot daily operational issues, leveraging on-site presence for quick resolutions.

Monitor execution against operational standards and escalate issues when necessary.

Provide administrative support for transportation projects and ad hoc requests.

3PL Operations Support (40%)

Serve as a point of operational support for the Groveport DC Director.

Standardize and maintain operational reporting, while fulfilling ad hoc reporting requests.

Track KPIs and performance metrics, helping the operations team resolve issues and improve results.

Assist in preparing business review materials, including monthly performance updates and executive reports.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related fields.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across on-site and remote teams.

Prior experience with 3PLs or transportation providers strongly preferred.

Solid analytical and presentation skills—capable of turning data into actionable insights for leadership.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
