You’ll streamline production processes, implement engineering changes, and boost safety, quality, and delivery performance in an ISO 9001 environment.

Manufacturing Engineer What You’ll DoProvide technical support to production lines: tooling, routers, labor standards, and make-vs-buy analysesAssess product design changes in the PLM system and plan low-impact rolloutsDevelop and justify business cases; write AFEs for funding requestsDesign process improvements with SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysisDocument engineering activities, performance metrics, and maintain ISO-compliant records Manufacturing Engineer What You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university5+ years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)Expertise with PLM tools, engineering prints, and MS OfficeProven skills in SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysisStrong communicator, team player, and adept problem solverU.S.
