Description:

Lithe People is delighted to be working with one of the world's premier organisations involved in financial risk and credit. They are looking for a client-facing Consultant Advisor to augment the marketing team of their business consultancy operation. This operation has a client list with logos with which any serious marketing professional would want to work. That client list includes household names in banking, travel, prestige retail and others, so we're not looking for someone with experience in any particular industry.

This key hire will have the ability to work with complex marketing and business data, and turn that data into inspiring insights for their clients. You will also need to be able to present to and work with C-level stakeholders internally, and have experience in managing end-to-end projects.

What you’ll impact

Partner with well-known brands (retail, financial services, travel, apparel) to translate analysis into investment choices and measurable outcomes.

Lead cross-functional teams that convert MMM insights into clear recommendations and practical roadmaps.

Gain regular exposure to senior stakeholders, shaping strategy and budget allocation.

Grow within a supportive, feedback-rich environment focused on mentoring and continuous learning.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end delivery of complex, seven-figure analytics engagements; set direction, orchestrate teams, and build trusted, long-term client relationships.

Diagnose business problems and frame the right analytical questions; design pragmatic approaches to unify and prepare data from multiple sources.

Explain performance drivers in plain language and align findings with commercial objectives.

Explore patterns and drivers in large datasets; run deep-dive investigations and evaluate models, dashboards, and data flows for robustness.

Build forecasts and scenarios; craft both strategic and tactical recommendations grounded in market and business context.

Tell compelling stories with data—adapt messages for different senior audiences and turn insights into specific actions.

Guide change: define a vision, identify the issues that matter, and influence senior sponsors to adopt new ways of working.

Coach colleagues across consulting and analytics to raise the bar on delivery quality.

Manage scope, timelines, risks, and budgets to land work predictably while maintaining strong client satisfaction.

Create project plans and playbooks (scope, milestones, risk mitigations) and run day-to-day execution using established project-management standards.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in analytics, strategy consulting, and/or marketing consulting, including direct client leadership.

Strong quantitative toolkit with familiarity across marketing mix/econometrics, multi-touch attribution, customer segmentation, identity resolution, and/or predictive analytics.

(Nice to have)

Degree or equivalent grounding in statistics, data, or analytics.

Track record presenting to senior, non-technical audiences on marketing optimisation and analytics.

Confidence building relationships with enterprise executives and influencing decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and commercial teams.

High proficiency with Excel and presentation tools; comfort with modern analytics stacks is a plus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, prioritise effectively, and manage both your own workload and a small team.

This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2 days/week in central London, plus the ability to occasionally travel to client sites as required.
