Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Weston, WV

Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking (6) LPNs for contract work. The ideal LPN candidate will possess a license/certification in the state of West Virginia with at least 1 year of long-term care experience.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

13-week contract

$30-$34 hour

Prefer the individual to have psychiatric knowledge and experience. The individual must be on time, willing to work rotating shifts, including weekend shifts, able to work 12 hour shifts and willing to be mandated to meet the needs for the facility.

LPN Requirements:

Drug/Alcohol Screen

Annual physical and/or statement from your physician with no medical restrictions

Vaccination documents flu vaccine

Negative (2) two step TB skin test or chest X-Ray

Background check

Copy of current CPR certification

Copy of driver’s license or picture ID

Copy of social security card

Copy of covid vaccine card or waiver
