Analista Microbiologico – Fix Term Contract

Come Analista Microbiologico, la risorsa entrerà a far parte del team Controllo Qualità del nostro stabilimento di Aprilia.

Key responsibilities

Eseguire i controlli analitici microbiologici in accordo alle metodiche analitiche e alle procedure operative in vigore, nel rispetto dei tempi stabiliti e delle scadenze assegnate dal diretto responsabile;

Garantire la flessibilità necessaria in caso di richieste improvvise da parte del diretto responsabile;

Assicurare la disponibilità dei reattivi, dei terreni di coltura, dei ceppi microbici e materiali di consumo vario per lo svolgimento delle attività analitiche, garantendone l'approvvigionamento;

Eseguire i campionamenti necessari per lo svolgimento dei controlli ambientali (acque, equipment e locali) così come previsto dalle procedure in vigore e dai protocolli di convalida e pulizia approvati;

Eseguire la validazione delle metodiche analitiche in accordo ai protocolli di convalida approvati;

Eseguire i controlli analitici previsti dai programmi di stabilità, rispettandone le scadenze;

Compilare, in maniera adeguata e puntuale, tutta la documentazione GMP (notebook, logbook, etc…) in maniera tale da assicurare l’integrità, l’accuratezza, la completezza, la qualità, la tracciabilità e l’adeguata conservazione dei dati analitici prodotti sia in forma cartacea che elettronica;

Confrontare i dati analitici rispetto alle specifiche e ai limiti di controllo in modo da evidenziare dati OOS e Questionabili segnalando tempestivamente al diretto responsabile le criticità o deviazioni riscontrate;

Eseguire tutte le attività di natura similare a quelle sopra elencate e comunque attinenti alla categoria e posizione organizzativa di appartenenza.

Osservare la normativa vigente e le disposizioni aziendali in materia di sicurezza e igiene del lavoro e sull'utilizzo dei dispositivi di protezione collettiva e dei dispositivi di protezione individuale.

Qualifications and skills

Laurea in Biologia o Biotecnologia o equivalente

Esperienza minimo 3 anni

Utilizzo del pacchetto Office – SAP

Location: Aprilia

Contract: Fix Term - 6 months
