As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate new business and grow existing client relationships by promoting Tradesmen International’s skilled labor solutions. This is a field-based sales role focused on driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

Prospect and identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.

Conduct in-person sales calls and presentations to educate contractors on Tradesmen’s value proposition.

Register new clients, negotiate terms, and secure signed service agreements.

Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership.

Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders—from office personnel to jobsite supervisors.

Resolve client issues with professionalism and urgency.

Deliver and discuss invoices during initial billing cycles to ensure timely payment.

Field Employee Engagement

Support the onboarding and jobsite introduction of Field Employees.

Maintain regular jobsite visits and phone check-ins to ensure employee satisfaction and client alignment.

Track active and available Field Employees and work closely with operations to ensure strong deployment.

Sales Process Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity reports in the CRM.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and weekly planning.

Support field recruitment efforts by encouraging referrals from high-performing Field Employees.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build lasting customer and team relationships

Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales goals

Experience in B2B outside sales, especially with cold calling and territory management

Familiarity with CRM tools and standard business software

Additional Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Consistent attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary + uncapped commission
