Job Description
Pilot Flying J is looking for an enthusiastic General Manager to take charge of our dynamic retail facilities. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and implementing business strategies that drive sales performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve profit objectives.
As the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Understanding and meeting customer expectations
Leading team meetings for effective communication
Managing and nurturing vendor relationships
You will also be responsible for building, training, and leading your team to success, which includes all aspects of staffing and development.
Additional job responsibilities may include:
Driving sales and revenue growth
Overseeing team performance
Managing inventory levels
Delivering exceptional customer service
Conducting P&L analysis
The pay range for this position starts between $54,300.00 and $80,750.00 per year.
Qualifications
To excel as a General Manager, you must showcase integrity, accountability, and outstanding leadership abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Key qualifications include:
2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with accountability for financial results
Proven track record in high-volume retail management with P&L responsibilities
Dedication to fostering a customer-centric culture
