Junior Accountant

The Role...

We are seeking a Junior Accountant for Soho House Rome.

The successful candidate will contribute to the proper management and monitoring of the Company's financial statements and will be responsible for:

Managing general accounting and ordinary administration;

Issuing and recording customer invoices daily;

Receiving and recording supplier invoices;

Journal entry, payments, bank management and reconciliations;

Managing cash flow forecasts;

Keeping administrative records in order;

Verifying cost recharges, direct costs, and overhead costs;

Collecting data from accounting and operating systems to feed reports;

Managing correspondence and email communications;

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics;

Previous 1 year of experience in an Accounting role, gained in an international Hotellerie context (preferred but not mandatory);

Excellent knowledge of Excel;

Experience with the Team System management software is preferred;

Fluent English, reliability, teamwork orientation, critical thinking.
