The Role: Master Plumber

Diagnose residential and commercial plumbing systems that will protect our customers, our employees, and the property.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Applicant must be licensed in Ohio.

• Maintain and develop excellent professional relations with our clients, prospective clients, and vendors.

• Attend meetings as needed.

• Understand specifications, plans, and blueprints.

• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing products, materials, equipment, and installation procedures.

• Assess the most efficient material, rental equipment, and installation process.

• Prepare and communicate to clarify project scope during and after the estimating process.

• Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.

• Prepare bid proposals and change orders.

• Track, follow up, and review unsold estimates and contract documents.

• Support purchasing and field teams in all aspects of project development.

• Mentor other plumbers as needed.

• Follows health and safety standards and complies with building and plumbing codes.

• Other duties as needed to accomplish the responsibilities of the Plumbing.

Physical Requirements:

• Wear protective equipment such as a hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, safety shoes, high visibility vest, and other items as required.

• Ability to maintain balance.

• Frequent moderate lifting, repetitive motion, bending, walking, climbing ladders, and working from heights.

• Occasional heavy lifting, kneeling, stooping, and crouching

• Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, precipitation, confined spaces, loud conditions, heights, and other environments.
