Overview:
Seeking a hands-on General Manager with strong B2B hotel sales experience to lead operations and drive corporate revenue. Must have 8+ years in hospitality, including 3+ years with Marriott, and a track record in corporate sales or business development.
Key Duties:
Oversee daily hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Maintenance).
Manage staff performance, budgets, and guest satisfaction (GSS).
Lead direct B2B sales efforts (corporate accounts, travel agencies, long-stay clients).
Build local business relationships and hit sales targets.
Ensure Marriott brand compliance and system use (CI/TY, MGS, GXP).
Willing and able to commute between hotel and corporate head office as needed. Qualifications:
8+ years in hotel operations; 2+ years with Marriott.
Proven B2B sales experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
