IT QA Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT QA Analyst to join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and execute test plans and test cases

Perform manual and automated testing on various platforms and applications

Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects

Document test results and provide actionable feedback

Ensure the quality and stability of software releases

Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements

Conduct testing for Point-of-Sale (POS) systems to ensure seamless retail operations

Perform web testing to validate functionality, usability, and performance across browsers and devices

Test Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) workflows to ensure a smooth customer experience Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in QA testing

Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP)

Experience with Agile development environments

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills
