We are currently partnering with a fast-growing local beauty brand known for its innovative, high-quality cosmetic products and strong consumer engagement across Indonesia. The company has built a loyal following through creative campaigns and trend-driven product lines, and they're now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to elevate their brand presence even further.
This role will lead the full spectrum of 360 marketing activities from strategy to execution across both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in building brand impact within the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive 360 marketing strategies (ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Brand Activation).
Plan and manage promotional events, product launches, and brand activations to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent brand messaging and creative campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure alignment with business goals.
Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across all channels.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the beauty industry.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels (ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, events).
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and brand positioning within the beauty segment.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Creative mindset with a strong analytical approach to measuring marketing effectiveness.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
