Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and conversion across multiple online channels.
Social Media Management: Manage, optimise, and grow the brands social media presence through strategic posting, community engagement, and campaign planning.
Creative & Content Management: Lead creative projects from concept to completion, collaborating with internal teams and freelancers. Create compelling digital content that aligns with the brands identity and values.
Digital Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (social media, search, and display) focused on delivering measurable ROI and performance improvement.
Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse campaign data using digital analytics tools to track performance, produce insights, and optimise future campaigns and website performance.
Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage influencer collaborations and third-party content creators to strengthen brand awareness and reach.
Email Marketing & SEO: Develop targeted email marketing campaigns and optimise website content to support organic growth and eCommerce performance.
Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified tone of voice and cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: A degree or postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience managing digital campaigns, social media, or content for a consumer brand or agency.
Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, HubSpot, SEMrush, WooCommerce, and Canva.
Mindset: Analytical yet creative, curious about evolving digital trends, and passionate about brand storytelling and customer engagement.

Strong interest in food, beverage, or lifestyle brands is an advantage but not essential.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-oriented comfortable planning at a high level and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
