Overview

We are looking for a passionate and curious Lab Research Intern to join our Food & Beverage R&D team. The intern will support ongoing research in product formulation, testing, and innovation in bakery, dairy, and beverage categories. This role is ideal for students pursuing food technology, biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields who want hands-on exposure to industrial research and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the ERP functional team to understand end-to-end food manufacturing and business processes.

Understand process mapping, data validation, and documentation of functional requirements.

Learn and apply core concepts of ERP systems specific to the F&B industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product manager, developer and architect.

Contribute to the continuous quality improvement of product through end to end business process testing.

Explore and suggest opportunities to integrate AI tools to improve day-to-day tasks and productivity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong interest in business systems, process improvement, and technology.

Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus (but not mandatory).

Eager to learn about the food manufacturing domain.

Clear communicator with strong documentation skills and attention to detail.

Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Curiosity and excitement about using AI tools in everyday workflows.
