Could you be the full-time onsite Manufacturing Process Engineer (Assembly) in Wroclaw, PL we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your manufacturing process engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in preparing and supervising the launch of the first product while ensuring seamless serial production in the assembly hall area. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Environmental Protection, Purchasing, Quality, Planning, Project Management), develop and implement technological changes, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring the implementation of assembly processes in accordance with the standards of special process management
Development of the concept of technological processes and the necessary equipment to perform the process
Development of technological process documentation
Creation and updating of material structures in SAP (BOM)
Analysis and solving technical and quality problems arising in production
Development and implementation of technological changes / design changes
Continuous improvement of production processes in terms of quality, product costs, and labor intensity
Preparation of technology data in the product offering process
Creation and updating of equipment lists and lists of special tools
Creation of additional process instructions for health and safety and environmental protection

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience or understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and production workflows
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
Knowledge of Catia will be an asset
Familiarity with process documentation and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve technical and quality issues
Adaptability to manage and implement technological and design changes
Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
Resilience and a continuous learning mindset to drive innovation and optimization
Proficiency in using tools and equipment relevant to assembly processes.
