Line Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance activities and ensure equipment reliability

Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules to minimize downtime

Monitor staff performance, safety compliance, and maintenance quality

Implement preventive maintenance and safety standards Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical or related Engineering field

1–3 years experience in maintenance supervision

Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills

Willing to undergo training in Mandaue City, Cebu (free accommodation provided, with weekly allowance)
