Responsibilities:
Supervise QA staff, QC Inspectors, and in-line quality operations
Implement and monitor QA procedures, cGMP, HACCP, and ISO standards
Review and validate testing results, product releases, and documentation
Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues
Participate in audits and ensure compliance with food safety programs Qualifications:
BS in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related field
At least 3 years QA experience (supervisory preferred)
Knowledge in cGMP, HACCP, and ISO systems
Licensed Chemist, Chemical Technician, or Food Technologist — is an advantage
Willing to undergo training in Cebu (free accommodation provided and weekly allowance)
