Are you a creative and highly organized designer who thrives at the intersection of marketing and visual communication? We’re looking for a Home-Based Marketing Design Coordinator to support our U.S.-based client in the industrial services industry. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital and print assets, maintain brand consistency, and execute marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collaborate with Marketing to uphold brand standards/guides (internal and external).

Maintain branded digital (PowerPoint, social media, etc.) and print templates (case studies, brochures, one-pagers, etc.).

Manage five company LinkedIn accounts, including content creation (copy and graphics), scheduling, and performance analytics.

Enhance PowerPoint presentations to ensure consistency, visual appeal, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Produce collateral and high-quality digital assets for use across multiple channels (websites, social media, campaigns, events, product launches, and presentations) as needed.

Draft marketing update emails for distribution to the organization.

Maintain an online marketing library with up-to-date materials and organize an internal drive to distribute and catalog assets efficiently.

Conduct regular audits to identify gaps, outdated content, and opportunities for repurposing.

Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, and delivery deadlines.

Convert assets into appropriate formats for various platforms and audiences.

Maintain brand integrity across all distribution channels.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or digital media production.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Video editing skills or Adobe Premiere experience are a plus but not required.

Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

Strong understanding of file formats and metadata standards.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 45,000 – 50,000

Industry: Industrial Services

Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
